Vertrue offers you and your family a choice of Medical Insurance coverage through United Healthcare. You may choose from the Point of Service (POS) or the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Both plans offer you the savings of in-network benefits and the freedom and flexibility of out-of-network benefits. Within the benefit is a Prescription Drug Program. This program allows you to choose the most convenient way to fill your pharmaceutical needs.
Our Dental Plan allows you and your family to see any dentist you choose and receive benefits equal to a percentage of covered expenses after satisfying the deductible. However, by using an in-network provider with United Healthcare, you will see a savings in the negotiated rates for each service you receive. The plan covers preventive care, general and major services, and orthodontia for dependent children under the age of 19.
Vertrue truly understands the importance of annual eye exams, as exams not only ensure healthy vision but also can help detect many medical problems early that can affect one’s overall health. The Vision program brings access to more than 30,000 private practitioners and optical retailers through the EyeMed Network for you and your family.
Vertrue provides regular, full-time employees with a Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance equal to one or two times (based on employment level) your annual salary. This company-paid group life insurance is provided through The Hartford. In addition to the company-provided life insurance, we offer two supplemental policies: Supplemental Term Life and Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Coverage is available for you and your family.
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and/or Dependent Care expenses. Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to pay for non-reimbursed medical and daycare expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance is provided to full-time employees at no cost after the eligibility period is satisfied. You may receive up to 60% of your income after a one-week waiting period. Based on employment level, you may be eligible for up to 100% of your income.
Vertrue offers you a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a company match to assist you in saving for your retirement and attaining your financial goals. All employees, age 18 or older, are eligible to participate on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. You may contribute 1% to 15% of your earnings to the Plan on a pre-tax basis. In addition, you have numerous funds in which to invest and diversify your portfolio. Detailed information regarding investment options and the Company Match will be provided at time of enrollment.
One of the ways Vertrue recognizes employee dedication and service is to provide paid vacation time to all regular full-time and part-time employees.
Full-time and part-time employees receive two paid personal days per calendar year.
Beginning on your employment date, employees receive 7 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays (which may be company designated) per year. Vertrue observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
In support of employees’ continued education, Vertrue provides financial assistance for educational development through a Tuition Reimbursement program. All employees are eligible to participate.
Vertrue employees may elect to have their bi-weekly paychecks directly deposited into a checking or savings account at the financial institution of their choice.
The Long-Term Care Insurance benefit is designed to help protect you and your family from the burden that is often associated with receiving Nursing Home or In-Home and Community–Based Care. Vertrue offers full-time employees the opportunity to purchase Long-Term Care Insurance for yourself, your spouse, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and/or grandparents-in-law.
